Will you give me a quote before doing the repair?
Yes. We inspect the car, explain the fault and send you a quote. We never start any work without your go-ahead.
Do you work on all makes?
We work on cars of all makes, both modern and classic. If your car needs something very specialised, we'll tell you from the outset.
How often does the timing belt need changing?
It depends on the engine: each manufacturer sets an interval in kilometres and in years. We check it for your model and let you know when it's due.
Can I leave the car with you and wait to hear back?
Of course. Drop it at the workshop and we'll message you on WhatsApp with the diagnosis, the quote and when it's ready.
What if my car won't start?
We'll collect it with our tow truck from anywhere in Mallorca and bring it to our Santa Ponsa workshop.
