Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we process, why, for how long and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). This is a translation; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

2. What data we process and why
This website has no forms. We only process the data you give us directly or that is generated when you browse:

3. How long we keep your data
Enquiries that do not lead to a service are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for no more than one year. Customer data is kept for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the legally required periods (for example, six years for accounting and tax records). Analytics cookie data is kept as set out in the Cookie policy.
4. Recipients
We do not sell or share your data. The following providers may access it, only to the extent necessary:
- Web hosting provider, which hosts the website.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp. It is also governed by its own privacy policy.
- Google Ireland Ltd., for Google Maps (only if you load the map), Google Fonts (the website's typefaces) and Google Analytics (with cookies only if you accept them).
- Tax and accounting advisers, to comply with legal obligations relating to customer data.
- Public authorities, where there is a legal obligation.
5. International transfers
Some providers (Google, Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area. They do so under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or using standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to us at fastergarage.21@gmail.com or by post to Carrer d'Alacant, 13, 07183 Santa Ponsa, Calvià (Illes Balears), stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
8. Minors
The workshop's services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly process data of children under 14.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in our service. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
